Sunset policy adalah semacam pengampunan pajak yang terbatas pada sanksi administrasi berupa bunga yang tidak akan dikenakan apabila Wajib Pajak yang berhak menyampaikan Surat Pemberitahuan tertentu.

Ada dua jenis pengampunan berupa penghapusan sanksi ini yang diberikan oleh Undang-undang KUP yang baru ini. Pertama adalah pengurangan atau penghapusan sanksi administrasi berupa bunga atas pembetulan SPT Tahunan untuk tahun pajak sebelum tahun 2007. Yang kedua adalah penghapusan sanksi administrasi atas pajak yang tidak atau kurang dibayar untuk Tahun Pajak sebelum diperoleh Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak bagi Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi yang mendaftarkan diri secara sukarela untuk mendapatkan NPWP.

Before editing a photo, you should know the concept first. What you’d like to have from this photo and how to meet your needed. Choosing blur zoom effect for the above photo is my choice. I got this result in mind before doing editing.

1. Simple way, find out Photo menu in Photo Impact software. Choose Blur, klik Zoom Blur.
In the Zoom Blur window, there is some tools that will help you. I used zoom in effect with about unblurred area radius 95.
Or easy way you can used instant of listing photo effects gallery in image enhancement, and click zoom blur 2.

2. To get focus at image, retouch the background with BG color using colorize pen on the left menu. And let the focus with its original color.

3. playing by increasing a little bit contrast and brighteners.

4. Closing it by cropping and framing.

This photo taken by Camera Casio EX 275, still the same camera i use of my previous photos.
Editing techniques using Photo Impact software.

Try to Increase brightness and contrast together - at the same time can change the background lighter & cleaner. And the last but not least, retouch the finger using retouching blur effect.

BTW, Can we called it a “nice capture” now ?

Touching by multivision of lens filter with circular custom.
The photo itself taken with one flying model at the right side. After retouching with photo impact, i got the girl flying move on the stone with soft shadow effect without damage the color of sky. And of course i cropped the original flying girl on the right side before.
